St. Joseph’s Healthcare System in New Jersey has sold the controlling interest in its three dialysis units in to DaVita Inc, NorthJersey.com reported.

DaVita will provide patient care administrative services. The three dialysis centers care for more than 600 patients and is the largest hospital-based dialysis program in the state, NorthJersey.com reported.
