Silver Cross Health System in Joliet, Ill. plans to sell three dialysis clinics for $30 million to DaVita Inc., Crain's Chicago Business reports.

DaVita is buying a 29-station dialysis clinic in Joliet, a nine-station clinic in Morris and a 19-station clinic in Silver Cross’ new hospital in New Lenox, which is scheduled to open in February.

Last year, DaVita bought dialysis clinics from the University of Chicago Medical Center.
