The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services released a long-awaited report  Jan. 18, 2011 on a demonstration project looking at the effectiveness of disease management in treating dialysis patients.

The agency also released a second report that describes the results of the Quality Incentive Payment component of the demonstration from 2006 through 2008.
