On Feb. 2, CMS hosted an Open Door Forum on the final rule for the ESRD Quality Incentive Program for program years 2013 and 2014. The presentation included an overview of changes to the QIP and addressed
the quality measures, scoring methodology, and payment implications of these changes.

CMS officials announced that a draft proposal for program year 2015 will be
released sometime in June or July, with a final rule issued by November.
