DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. said that the chief financial officer of its HealthCare Partners business unit, Matthew Mazdyasni, would resign from his position. Mazdyasni has worked at HealthCare Partners for more than 30 years.

The company said that Craig Samitt, MD, and Dennis Kogod would both expand their roles to fill the position.
