The Renal Support Network held it annual Renal Teen Prom Jan. 19. More than 300 teenagers with kidney disease and their guests enjoyed a night of dancing and entertainment.

“Our goal for the Prom is to create a night where the attendees can meet each other, feel special, and have fun. One friend who understands what it is like to have kidney disease can make a difference,” said Lori Hartwell, RSN’s founder and president.
Celebrity guests included Jack Black, Kyle Gass, Phillip Palmer (ABC News Anchor), Dale Davis (Shameless), Quinton Aaron (The Blind Side), Josh Emerson (NCIS), Nicholas Gonzalez (Sleepy Hollow), Erik Audé (Stunt Artist).

"I love hanging out with the kids at the prom. This is my fifth year, and I am inspired by all the courage I see every year,” said actor, singer, and comedian Jack Black.
